I'm new to this forum and I don't understand how the Feedback Center works and what is the Wall of Shame?

When a swap, sale, or RAOK (random act of kindness - like someone sends you something for free), or CP (custom purchase - someone helps you buy something that isn't available in your area) occurs, you're supposed to leave each other feedback. The Wall of Shame is for those who have negative feedback.
