Unhappy Self-tanning lotion mishap!

So, I'm white and pasty. Always been, but I figured I'd change that by trying Lancômes flash bronzer. Everything went fine, until I went out on a walk, noticing that my underarm was A MESS! It's uneven, and even no one will probably notice, it's enough for me! I just wanna look tan! Not like a vanilla chocolate ripple...

Q: Is there anyway I can even it out without putting on more or scrubbing it off? There's neary a skin cell left...

HAAALP!

Re: Self-tanning lotion mishap!

Scrubbing it off is usually the best option. You can use lemon juice to help fade the colour as well though generally after scrubbing and a shower or two, you'll be fine and any patchiness isn't really noticable from then on.

Re: Self-tanning lotion mishap!

Thanks for the help guys! I guess I'll just have to wait it out doing the occasional scrub now and then...

I'm gonna invent a bad-ass self-tanning lotion remover! You know where you read it first

Re: Self-tanning lotion mishap!

I agree.. Touching up areas doesn't work well.. I know that feeling... I'm white as a ghost too and last winter I started using that Dove self tanning moisturizer and had an awesome tan going after 5 days.... Until I went and played hockey.. Everywhere my pads rubbed the tan wore off so after the game I looked like a mess... I tried to touch the areas up but since I play hockey every week.. It just want worth it.. So white I am..
