If i'm in a store i like, i would like a good refund policy or at least a credit back but online, refund is a must!!

Honestly it doesn't matter to me if a store has a return/exchange policy. Because I won't buy something unless I really want it. So, I've never had the problem of wanting to to return an item or exchange it.
