Hubby and I went out Saturday night with 2 other couples to a casual party. It was basically a jeans kind of night so everyone was dressed comfortably. When we saw the other couple, one of the women was wearing a very low cut top with an obvious push up bra that left nothing to the imagination. She usually wears low cut tops or tight tops and her breasts are always making a statement. Now to be honest, she did look very nice, but she was showing serious cleavage, which if I had it I might show it. But thankfully, my hubby does not get into cleavage.

I on the other hand was wearing a nice silk top, but was braless. More comments were made on me being braless and not showing anything other than a slight bounce, than on her showing lots of cleavage. I mean we are talking her 34D verses my 34B. She is very proud of her boobs, and loves to wear tight tops. Which is totally fine. I on the other hand prefer not to wear a bra, and feel lucky that I am small enough to be able to do that.

Most of the comments were in a joking way, and if anyone else noticed, I am sure they would have noticed her cleavage and not my small boobs.

Should I have been more assertive in saying well at least I am not "spilling" out of my top? My husband thinks that they are just jealous.

We go out with these couples often so I don't want to make a big deal out of anything.

Well, if it's a big deal to you then you should say something. Not in a mean, aggressive way, but just let them know that you don't appreciate how they constantly make remarks about your decision to go braless. Then say something like, "I don't critique the rest of you when I don't like how you look in something because I don't wanna hurt your feelings." That'll let them know that you sometimes take issue with how they dress, but it won't point any fingers at specific people.

I would not worry about it. They are just boobs. If people want to have conversations about or comment on your boobs then let them. Take it as a compliment

i'd just let it go! everyone is working what God gave them, and i think that's a good thing! if your hubby likes it, then who cares what anyone else thinks!

If you aren't being offended, i would leave it alone. But if it bothers you then just say so. You don't have to be hateful or make anyone made, just let it be known that it makes you feel unconfortable.
