I could definitely wear this dress after all, I have quite a few dresses in a similar style, minus the drawstring ribbon at the hem. The print and colors are quite pretty.

It looks great with the jacket, but I don't like it as much without the jacket. And the bow at the bottom is weird. Without the bow it would be cute, though.
