OMG yes.. I went and got fitted because I felt like my boobs had changed sizes. They had, so I bought a few bras in the new size, and one of them was supposed to be really supportive, but still sexy and convertable. It was sheer, with underwires.

I HAVE NEVER WORN ANYTHING MORE UNCOMFORTABLE. When I took it off only a few hours later because I couldn't stand the pain anymore, I had huuuge red lines from where the underwires had cut in, where the wires at the side had cut in too. Maybe because the bra was sheer, there wasn't enough material covering the wires, but it didn't feel uncomfortable when I bought it.

Seriously, it was an instrument of torture. I've never had a bra quite like it.

it is painful, when i got my first i couldn't stand it. now i'm just used to it.

well, my boobs go quite far under my arms, if that makes sense, so usually the underwires cut into them a lot.. it's hard to find bras in general for me, my back is an 8, but my cup is an E, sometimes even a double E. Impossible.

I find plastic wires (haha, you know what I mean!) more uncomfortable than wire wires.. Dunno why

YES, and the bigger the boobs, the more they hurt. I've worn a bad bra to work once and before the day was half over, I was in the restroom cutting the underwire out of it. It's a must to invest in good bra's. I used to work for Lane Bryant so we had to do free bra fitting for customers, it's amazing how many women are wearing too big or too small bra's.

Yes, but only because the underwire popped out. It was at work and I had to go and take it all out.
