I'm gonna say Ebay. Try search Splash or Steve Madden plus your size. E.g. "Steve Madden 7" or "Splash 7".

you can try www.aldoshoes.com, they usually have i dont know about hot pink but i hope this helps!

i would try Zappos, because you can search by color and height of heel.

wow. Everybody has these. Check ross, burlington coat factory, payless and ebay.

Delia's.com.........they have some of the best shoes, particularly flats with quirky features.

i just went to the thrift store and bought some old pumps, cleaned them up and sanitized them, then spray painted them hot pink!

you should try urban outfitters. i've gotten nice flats from there that are pointy toed.
