Leg warmers
For the past few days, I have been looking foe leg warmers but I cant find them anywhere. Does anyone know where to get them? I need it before St. Patrick's day because I am going to be marching in the parade in a skirt and I dont want to freeze!

Re: leg warmers
Hi Tesia, welcome aboard to the MUT website! Have you tried department stores on the by the bras/underwear/shapewear sections? I usually see leg warmers there. What about a store that sells dancing products-froms shoes to leotards, etc.

Re: Leg warmers
I've gotten opaque tights at Wal-Mart for a couple bucks that make wearing a skirt more bearable when it's cold out. I don't know if that's what you're looking for though...

Re: Leg warmers
I was also going to suggest tights, or how about those spandex leggings for athletes? I had a pair when I ran track in high school and even though they're thin they do help keep you warm! You could probably find them in sports stores...

Re: Leg warmers
I was looking for some in stores too and they are so hard to find! I did find a pair in this wierd offbeat store I went in for a joke so I suggest just looking around - the socks or undy and bras section is probably a good idea or ask in the shoe stores?
I know where to get a pair of hot pink ones online if your interested but they only have hot pink and theres a little skull on them. Let me know and Ill give ya the link.. Im not putting it now cuas you probably not looking for hot pink ones but just letting you know

Re: Leg warmers
Lord & Taylor has them. They're probably on clearance now, as they've already started putting out summer socks. Hue makes them.

Re: Leg warmers
Are leg warmers back in style now? I never thought I'd see this happen!
Ok just to make you gals laugh (Jenn, especially), back in the day when I was about 15 (which was about 19 years ago, eeeek!) they were the hottest thing around and you weren't cool unless you wore them. We had TONS of pairs of them. This is how bad it was, the Bay even sold them in their famous white wolly fabric w/ the yellow and green bay stripes, and we wore them ...
If I was in my 20s and they'da come back in style, I'd probably have worn them again!

They were in a couple of years ago. I don't get out much anymore, so I'm not sure if they're still in. At any rate, I see the dilemma is probably mostly the season. Since most retailers are nearly putting out swimsuits it may be difficult to find. Have you tried EBAY. You can look for auctions ending within the next 24 hours or look for the GET IT FAST icon. Also, you have the option for BUY IT NOW. I don't know if you have access to it!!
HTH!!

you know, people were pushing them to come back in style. i know hilary duff wore them in one of her videos. i saw a few people wear them, but i guess no one caught on to them.
