hi everyone!!
i am looking for short pants that i can wear for summer!
I love to wear a black knee length skinny pants(Not jeans)
I want them to be tight til all the way to knees
if you know where I can buy, please let me knoW

You mean something kinda like the Bermuda-style tailored short pants that are in style this season? I believe a lot of stores are going to be carrying them this spring and summer.

I would try Old Navy/GAP/Banana Repulic (all the GAP-owned stores).

I think I have even seen some at Target.

There are going to be many choices for you to pick from. Happy shopping!
