Off-white dress for a wedding reception?
I love this off white dress that I'd like to wear to a wedding reception. Do you guys think it's inappropriate?

Re: Off-white dress for a wedding reception?
It's up to you, but I personally wouldn't. Off white is still close enough to white that it might be perceived as you trying to steal the bride's thunder.

Re: Off-white dress for a wedding reception?
as a bride, id be LIVID. i was shopping with a friend for her bestfriends wedding, and I had to fight with her to keep her from buying a white dress to wear. the bride would have freaked.

Re: Off-white dress for a wedding reception?
I wouldn't do it unless I disliked the bride. Just my opinion. I have only been to a handfull of wedding.

I have been told to never wear white to a wedding, unless you are over 70 years old.
