So last week I bought a shrug from this store and wore it for the first time last night. It's like a knit material/structure with like little holes, like a knitted sweater I guess, but anyways. I guess one of the little holes got bigger and in the shoulder there's now a gigantic hole that isn't even fixable. Considering I wore it, already ripped the tags off and I'm pretty sure I no longer have the reciept; is the sweater still returnable or at the very least exchangable? I'm thinking not, but hoping yes. I really like it, but unfortunately it's no longer wearable

Ditto. Also, seamstresses can be magical. Perhaps if you take it to your local seamstress, they maybe be able to accomplish what you consider to be impossible.

Well no, like you know knitted sweaters have those holes in them? Well this is one of those that is like 5 times the size it's supposed to be.
