I ran into a thread, here, on another board about Bluefly's return policy and I was appalled. It's a long thread about people being denied returns. It's not just limited to Bluefly.
Here is the initial post on the forum:

OK, I placed a large order w/Bluefly yesterday and this morning received this email! I am incredibly annoyed- I have spent ALOT of money with them and in no way think my returns have been excessive- maybe I return 1 in 5 or so items I buy because they don't fit? How could they do this!
Dear mara,
Thank you for shopping at Bluefly.com.
We are writing to inform you that your recent order with Bluefly has been cancelled. Bluefly has recently installed a new policy of canceling orders placed by customers with excessive return histories. Since your return rate has reached a certain level, you are unable to place further orders on Bluefly.com. We know that you have been a Bluefly customer for quite some time and we have appreciated your loyal patronage.


Here is a website I found within the post where you can supposedly get a copy of your return activity report (assuming from participating retailers as The Return Exchange appears to be a for profit business).

Weird huh? I'm gonna try to send a message and see what it comes up with, but I'm involved in a secret shopper program where it is my duty to return. I wonder if this will be a hinderance?

I hardly ever return anything I purchase online, but that is also why I don't purchase from Bluefly. I don't know the fit and as much as I look at the size charts per designer, it's just too risky. I certainely don't want to end up like Mara.
