There are a few reasons. I stand by the products because I use them and they are pretty amazing...but I don't have to the time to make my self successful and I am not making ANY money at all. So I thought I may as well just give it up and get the money back that I have invested at least.

I hope you get back as much as you possibly can. I was thinking off becoming a rep a while back, then I researched about the company and found out it's based on a pyramid scheme, which is basically impossible to make money. Like you said their products are cool, but you don't make very much money.
