Cute item. This is called "
Jemma Kidd Crushed Jewel Creme Duo". Lovely dark mossy shimmery green base and when you unscrew it, there's a glitter compartment. on the box "separate crushed jewel dust for that extra glamour and sparkle" i only used base 2x (lightly) and sparkles 1x.
