Prizes: FORTY-FIVE (45) GRAND PRIZES: Winner's choice of either one (1) pair of shoes from the following designer brands: Jimmy Choo, Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Giuseppe Zanotti, Prada, Gucci, YSL, Dolce & Gabbana, or Brian Atwood or a $499 Bluefly credit. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $499. A winner who elects to receive the pair of shoes will be required to select the shoe designer, and size from a list of available designers and shoe size options. Bluefly credit will be awarded in the form of a credit to winner's Bluefly Account. In order to redeem the $499 Bluefly credit, a valid credit card is required to be on file, and the winner must have or create a Bluefly account. The winner's credit card will not be charged unless purchase is over the $499 credit amount. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of Bluefly Credit. If the winner's shoe size is not available, the winner will be awarded a Bluefly Credit for the ARV of the applicable prize. If winner does not indicate the size of the applicable prize, by indicating on the prize update form, the winner will be awarded a Bluefly Credit for $499. Shoe sizes must be indicated in women's European full or half sizes, ranging from 35 ½ to 43 (roughly equivalent to women's U.S. sizes 5 1/2 to 13). Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible plays received during the Promotion Period divided by the number of prizes available. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $22,455. Limit: one (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
