Thanks for sharing this. For some reason, I can't get the form to accept my info. I type it all in, click submit, then...nothing happens.

Yeah, same for me. Luckily a pop-up email showed up and I copied and pasted the information into an email and sent my information.

I should have explained how the form submission works-- sorry!

The form is submitted via your email. If you do not have a default email program setup (I don't-- gmail is my default), then it will still try and get you to set-up an email account via your windows wizard IF you have an email client installed (such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. etc.). If you do NOT have an email client installed and a web-based email program is your default (such as gmail, yahoo, hotmail, msn), you will manually have to send your information to the address it directs and I don't know what that is at this time.

This is all kind of moot at this point because on that webpage, it says:

"Due to the high volume of free sample requests, I cannot accept any more requests at this time. Be sure to check back often for our specials, and thank you for visiting Mineral Perfect! "

At any rate, I wrote all of the above, just to explain what was happening!

I am sure the sample requests were halted because it was posted on Slickdeals.net. I hate to see deals from seemingly small businesses posted there...they get thousands and thousands of responses.
