Mischa Barton was pictured sunbathing topless on holiday in Queensland, Australia this weekend. Barton is furious over the photos showing her half naked, with cellulite on her thighs taken by a paparazzo named Jamie Fawcett.

She said:

“He’s a ridiculous human being. I’ve never abhorred anyone more. I was so angry, I went up to him and said how disappointed I was with his behavior. He apologized but he was very insincere.”

But Fawcett claims he warned Barton about stripping off by saying:

"We spoke to each other on the island, and that’s when I showed her my camera and I hadn’t taken any shots of her topless. I did warn her it was a public place, and if she wanted privacy she shouldn’t be there. I’m not a perv, and I didn’t intentionally mean to embarrass her. I don’t just set out and start my day thinking I want to get any celebrity topless.”

I’d like some sliced peaches with that cottage cheese leg, please.

are you sure this photo is not photoshopped? i know there are a lot of photoshopped mischa-cellulite pictures floating around the internet.

I dont think its photoshopped. Ive seen regular pics of her in skirts and you can see it around her knees.

nothing to be shocked about, you never know what kind of stuff she eats to cause it or if its hormonal, a lot of women have celullite.

yikes! I´m surprised to see she has that much cellulite-she did gain weight but she´s still skinny! Maybe it´s the result of frequent weight loss and then weight gain?

I think it was just because she's not overweight and has so much considering her size. I don't think it's a big deal but it really surprised me that at her size she could have so much.
