DaBrat was sentenced to three years in prison today for hitting a woman with a bottle of rum at an Atlanta nightclub last October. The judge also sentenced her to seven years probation and 200 hours of community service.
Three years?! Damn. I guess that's what she gets for wasting a whole bottle of rum, but three years?!
The victim, a waitress at the club, had to be hospitalized and suffered permanent facial scarring.
Let this be a lesson. Don't hit a ho with a rum bottle! Drink all the rum instead and then take a nap! And I'm sure DaBrat will be fine in prison. It's like an all-you-can-eat c**chie buffet in there and DaBrat has an endless appetite!

Don't know who she is but frankly she deserves 3 years! She can do her 3 years and if she's good then that's it over with for her. What about the waitress? She's scarred for life! Poor girl

Where I live there is this odd disparity in assault cases between men and women. A guy I know got 1 yr in the county jail for beating up some other dude with a bat at a party.
A girl from my highschool class got 4 years in prison for doing the same thing to another woman. (I think the guy even got work release, you know, where you go to work in the day, and then go back to the jail at night.)
Maybe it's just my area, but justice is SO unequal, for many things.

I love her but she got what she deserved... This is not the first time that she has beat someone up in an Atlanta club. She did this a couple of years ago. These celebrities need to know that they can't go aroudn hitting on people and getting away with it.
