My Biggest Haul EVER!
My husband and I just bought our first house! We viewed it on Sunday, fell head-over-heels in love with it, made an offer on Monday, met with the buyers on Wednesday, had a private inspection today, and all parties have agreed to close! Now, we're just waiting to finish the paperwork.
It's a split-level, three bedroom, two and half bath with an office, a bonus room (which we're going to turn into a gym), a deck, a two-car garage, a jacuzzi in the master bath, walk-in-closets and a huge fenced-in, half-acre yard. It's has absolutely everything we wanted and it's brand new so no one has lived in it yet. I'm so excited! I can't wait to move in.

Oh my gosh Abigail, I am so jealous!! Our goal is to buy a house next summer and seeing yours makes me want it even more! I'm so excited for you! Did you get a good price? (Not that I'm asking the price or anything LOL)
