Okay so after hearing a LOOOOOOOOOONG time about udpp and the deluxe box, i finally caved and bought them. I swear I'm so in love right now lol. I swatched them without primer and then with and man what a huge difference!

Thanks everyone! Yea that purple really drew my attention and it is absolutely beautiful, all the colors are. The udpp must work really well bc when i tried over and over again to wipe it off (the swatches) with my hand you can still faintly see it on my arm.

This palette is my first huge splurge in a while bc i usually stick to the smaller brands (nyx, l'oreal, milani) and i have to say i am extremely impressed. I think this may the perfect palette for every occasion. I researched it before buying by reading reviews and seeing different tutorials using solely this palette and i knew i had to get it. I'm glad i didn't get the ammo shadow box. Okay, rambling over, i'm so excited .

Here's a really great tip:

If you buy one of their liquid liners, use it as a base for the eyeshadow. It takes a couple minutes to dry, but the outcome is absolutely amazing. It's bold and unique. It even changes the eyeshadow color slightly. Great purchase!

Thanks for the tip! I saw Leesha doing this in this video and i was debating whether to get it or not but decided to wait. Well, now i'm gonna have to make another purchase soon

For use with the purple shadow, go with the blue liner. Or, if you're just starting out, get the silver and you can use it with the blue, purple, pink, and green eyeshadow. It'll stand out beautifully.

I know it probably won't look as good but do you think L'Oreals HIP Cream Liner in Blue might do the same thing?

I wouldn't use cream because its texture will cause the eyeshadow to crease. You need something that holds color, like a primer.

Try it, of course-- I could be wrong.

From reading reviews, it's VERY creamy. If anything, use another liquid liner, maybe Prestige?

I have the neon green and blue liners. They're both brilliant colors, alone or paired with eyeshadow. And the great thing is, you don't need a thick line for you to see the color, so it lasts longer than traditional liners.
