Just a thought.
Sad to see how some companies treat their customers. Can't believe they would have the audacity to call their customers and pretty much harass them for voicing their opinion and asking for help about a certain product. I really don't think they have the right to do that. Too bad for them, they use to be a top company in many peoples mind, now to some they are the lowest. It is terrible that they treat their customers with such disrespect, shame on them.
There are thousands of people each day talking about a product and reviewing them, but you don't see every company contacting each customer about it and confronting them? It's called freedom of speech!!!
