Has anyone been watching the new Bachelorette. It's DeAnna from the season with Brad Womack.

What are your thoughts on her as the new Bachelorette?

I've been watching it. I like DeAnna, even though I wanted Brad to pick Jenni. I missed the most recent Bachelorette episode but I hope that Twilly guy is gone. He's annoying.

I find it weird to have a gal be the person picking. Women's emotions are so different than men's.

When De Anna was with Brad Womack, she said she didn't understand how he could be in love with so many different women and date so many different women. But, now she is doing the same thing?

Emotionally, I just don't get how that works.

I could never do it. Not that they'd ask me even if I were single. You need, at the very least, perky hee-haws and well, that's just not me :P

I LOVE the bachelorette.

We don't have this series in oz and I wish we did!

but, I heard recently that not a single couple from any of the bachelor or bachelorette programs have stayed together. that makes me sad, but I think it's forcing people to choose before they're ready, and also to cut out people who may be really good for them because they're not as rich, or as whatever as other candidates on the show

Tristan and Ryan are still together and married- back in 2003. They recently had a baby boy too!

But they are the only ones still together.

haha, her wedding was sooo overdone, but I revelled in it, I LOVED that episode,

You know, I should have said "it's reported that they are still together". There was a special on them -- a follow-up -- and they showed off their new baby, etc.

But who knows what happens off-camera! That could have been a publicity stunt!

Don't take my word for it. I'm sooo not in the know. I just repeated what I heard...lol!!

Byron from Season 6 is also supposedly still together with the girl he picked. Although, last year, they were in the news because the girl got arrested for punching him in the face and causing his mouth to bleed... But they claimed that it was just a love fight and everything is all and well... Who knows!

I watched this Bachelorette for the first time this week. I quite liked the girl. I think she's beautiful and very likeable. If I was one of the parents, I'd want her to pick my son.

I hate it, i have only watched half of one episode and i don't like her one bit, she seems to fake to me, she tries way too hard, and i don't find any of the guys attractive at all!

I liked the runner-up (Jason?). From the way the women responded to him on the "After he final rose" episode, I wouldn't be surprised if he's the next "Bachelor".

I think DeAnna picked Jessie for right now. I don't think they will last.

I read that he's actually quite loaded... and he doesn't need to really think about future because he has enough that even if he quits snowboarding he can still live comfortably...
