Hey all...

So last year was my first year really watching the show. It kept me interested and I hope the same will happen for this season. Did anyone watch the two hour premiere tonight?

i LOVE american idol. i did watch the premiere last night and i dvr-ed as well. haha.

i loved chris watson from last night!! he was a very very good looking man.

I just watch the audition process and that's it.

I find the rest of the show cheesy as hell. The only season I ever watched throughout was the 1st one. And omg, the people that make it to the top whatever - some of them are like, "wtf... are you kidding me. he won't sell not 1 album." Like, Sanjaya - wtf was that?

Don't get me started on that goofy dork Clay.

He was awesome last night. Chris Watson got cut. I am glad the abstinence girl and the "go gators!" girl are gone, they were sooo annoying

we get american idol here too (but the only contestant to actually release any music here is Kelly Clarkson) - are we a season behind you? last weeks episode was the last of the early auditions so this week they'll be in hollywood.
i'm trying to think of some contestants you might remember to figure out if we're a season behind...umm...

- "I am your broooother, your best friend foreeeeverrrrr....."
- some pretty (but crap lol) girl who was dating two brothers at the same time and had a really cute tiny little dog
- a crazy wrestler type woman who had a manic laugh and whacked Ryan really hard

He stayed up all night because he couldn't decide what song to sing from the list they gave him and he probably had to learn the song. And I don't think it's that he didn't practice, he didn't get to practice with the band because they couldn't understand what he wanted and he couldn't explain to them what he wanted (he probably didn't really know himself...) And he dismissed the band because he didn't get to practice with the band.

I felt bad for him...
