Three athletes, a magician and an Oscar-winning actress are just some of the celebrities who’ve signed on to compete on the sixth season of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars.
The cast was revealed on Monday night’s Dance War finale. On Tuesday, Good Morning America will announce which pro dancers will be paired with the celebrity contestants.
Here’s a rundown of who’s on board for the March 17 premiere:

The announcement comes after months of media leaks on the Web. But still, there are some surprises, including Presley and current Miami Dolphin star Taylor — who told PEOPLE days before the announcement that he hadn’t informed his coaches or his teammates of his off-season endeavor.
“I’m going to turn off my text-messaging and my cell phone,” said Taylor in anticipation of a likely onslaught of ribbing from his colleagues.
Not that Dancing is for slouches. As earlier contestants can attest, the schedule is both mentally and physically demanding.
Half of the contestants will perform live on the March 17 premiere, and the other half will perform their first dances on Tuesday, March 18.
On March 24, the entire cast will perform a second dance. After the judges’ scores are combined with the popular fan vote for both weeks, two celebrities will be eliminated on the March 25 results show.

Four months ago Dancing with the Stars fans saw IndyCar driver Helio Castroneves speed away with the season five disco ball trophy. Who will succeed the fiery Brazilian? A whole new cast is set to hit the ballroom floor Monday night and already buzz is circulating about who’s hot, and who’s not.
The show kicks off a two-night season premiere starting Monday on ABC. The six male celebrity contestants will dance the first night, while the six female celebrity contestants will perform Tuesday. On March 24, all 12 celebrities will perform again and the next night, Dancing will have its first-ever double-elimination results show. Viewer votes combined with the judges’ scores from both weeks will send one male and one female celebrity packing.
Back for a sixth season of hosting the live dance competition is Tom Bergeron, who told PEOPLE at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation’s 29th College Television Awards Gala on Saturday, “There’s going to be some really great personalities here.”
Indeed, the lineup includes outspoken entertainers like Penn Gillette and Adam Carolla, along with mild-mannered sports powerhouses Monica Seles, Jason Taylor and Kristi Yamaguchi. Actors Cristian de la Fuente and Steve Guttenberg, R&B singer Mario, and actresses Marlee Matlin, Marissa Jaret Winokur, Priscilla Presley and Shannon Elizabeth round out the cast. Last season, viewers experienced live television like never before. Marie Osmond fainted after performing the samba with partner Jonathan Roberts. Drama continued when Jennie Garth fell during a live performance and later when Cheetah Girl Sabrina Bryan -– an early frontrunner -– was shockingly eliminated from the competition in week six.
Can the show top itself?
“I don’t know that you can think of it that way because you can kill yourself trying to top it,” Bergeron says, noting that this season’s musical guests include Sheryl Crow, The Jonas Brothers, Def Leppard, Ashlee Simpson and Rascal Flatts. “There’s an element that’s really the unexpected element when you get 12 personalities together. They will or they won’t mesh in a certain way that’s interesting.”
Prepping for opening night has been trying for some of the contestants. Seles, a former tennis great who wore sneakers for decades, is wearing nothing but heels until her ballroom debut. Gillette has dropped 47 pounds and Matlin is counting steps in her sleep. Yamaguchi’s skating background may give her an edge on the dance floor, but, Bergeron quips, “to get her out of those skates was a pain. Priscilla, i saw the interview with her saying that she was going to be on this show, isn;t she a bit old for that, anywho, i don't really watch this show much but i just saw the previews for it a lil while ago.

So far Kristi Yamaguchi is the best. Marlee Martlin is pretty impressive too. Of course Mario and Karina. Priscilla in her first dance really proved older women can dance. She out shown the younger competitors except Kristi.

I think Kristi is doing kick ass! Priscilla isn't doing bad either. I just feel so bad for her terrible plastic surgery! She is unrecognizable from her younger days! It's scary what was done to her face!

Hi there,
Anna and her partner got kicked out this week. Anna and Mario and Karina were in the bottom two.

You missed a great performance with Jonathan and Anna's partner. They danced a man tango. This was because Anna was sick and Jonathan Roberts her husband filled in for her. Len said the dance he wanted to see was the two men dance the tango. It was pretty funny.

Yes its scary how Priscilla looks now. I guess she was probably feeling self conscious because she mentioned she was out of the lime light.
