Why don't you try e-bay? There's some stores that seem to be very reliable and sell them cheaper than the reg website and also have low shipping prices.

This is true- I just bought 12 NYX pigments for 24.99 I hope I like them. LOL.

I think you'll like the pigments, they are awesome, and they have some great colors, I plan on getting more.

NYX e/s is great with amazing pigment and it is comparable to MAC,gr8 if u r on a tight budget,I have 5 trios and I love them all!!!

I'm from the LA/OC area and have seen these eyeshadows at like those forever21 type of clothing stores and several acessory stores. There's this accessory store by my house, which is similiar to Claire's that sells the trio for $4.99!!

I love the eyeshadow pencils from this range although im not sure whether they are still sold but they are cheap as chips, come in a variety of colours, although they arent the longest lasting they work well for the cost and blend quite easily with eachother and they dont smudge much well not unless your eyelids are sweatier than basketball players.
