And their products are beautiful, as well! I am loving J.Lynne more each day.
Dayna - love it! I want to get some of those pots you sent silicone samples in. Are those the paint pots you're talking about? I love how everything is neat and organized!
I want to post here but it's gonna take a while. I also have non-MMU stuff (my MAC e/s and mineralize skinfinish collections) so I need to organize everything first.
Lilita, if you're posting here, I'm excited to see the 6 humungous TUBS of Meow foundations! That'd look fun!

Aileen-
I left my Tarte gel blushes in my "mmu". I want to see Lilita's tubs of Meow too! Yes, what I sent the silicones in are the paint pots I talk about. I find them in hobby stores- Hobby Lobby, JoAnn stores that are the big ones, Michaels. I especially like those ones because you pinch the little front things and it opens the pot.

Dayna-I was actually amazed at those pots- the silicones were liquid and gooey and sticky and not a drop spilled! Amazing little pots. I just don't know the "pinching" thing you do with them. I just open them up by flipping the lid up.
I have a hardwood dresser and I hold ALL my makeup there (I enclosed a pic of my work station). It has 10 drawers (two small ones at the top where I hold my small MMU pots), and 4 on either side to contain all my makeup. I also keep MAC boxes just in case I need to return, swap or sell anything. I also have those Sterilite containers on top of the dresser for easy access to pigments, lipglosses, lippies, etc. My extras, doubles and back-ups are in the traincase. I use a long neck architect's lamp instead of light bulbs because the latter tends to really heat up the room, and I like the white light of the architect's lamp instead of yellow.

Those pots are designed to hold paint in them. It's what you would find in a paint by number kit. I have tried a lot of things for MMU but found either originals or these work best. Maybe I sent you the other kind that doesn't have the two pieces that you pinch and it wedges open. My SIL's had the same "conversation" because I sent them samples and different paint pots and one was talking about the pinching thing and the other was like "what?"
Think you've got me beat on the makeup thing- no wonder you have the blog. Which I love BTW.

Wow, Hoozey that is an awesome collection! I have all my stuff in my bathroom drawers (but the tub/shower is in a separate room, so no humidity issues). My stash is much smaller than yours so I'm not feeling so bad about the Meow order I'm placing tomorrow! I love your organization skills too-I only have 2 kids, but if you don't stay on top of all their stuff it gets out of control.
Thats awesome! I have just a tacke box with stuff in it.Not enought to really take photos of.I have only been converted since January

You women are my mentors! I don't have a lot of full sizes from a lot of different brands cause I was a makeup freak for department store lines. I'm learning though and building.
Hoozy and Periwinkle your collections are awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Wow.....my collection is tiny compared to yours, Hoozey! I'll try to get a photo of mine and post it soon; I've collected some more things since putting it on my Notepad, but not too much more (got rid of some things and bought some more, you know how it is).
