Raven does seem a little more beige whereas Kiana is golden tan with hint of olive.

Whew! That's what I see .I really needed a second opinion. Thanks!

Re: Milan foundation colors - preview
Hi Lita. Congratulations on your chart. You did a very professional job. One of the things that discouraged me from purchasing on the Milan site was the look of the site and the coarsness of the minerals but you are making a very good difference!

Lilita-
I agree with your descriptions. It's not easy is it? You did an excellent job and I think it will help out with colors so much.

Lilita-
Notice a new Avi. Love the hair... mine sticks straight out like that... resists all curling. I am so lazy about my hair because it has a mind of it's own.

Re: Milan foundation colors - preview
LOL. Mine is straight as hell and I'm really lazy about it too! In the pic it's clipped back with one off those butterfly clip things. I keep thinking I need to get a hair cut so it's more low-maintenance...

"You may have mentioned this before - what shades you wear in other brands?"
Lilita, I wear Val 2.75, Lauress elemental Radiant Fawn or Soft Gold, Lumiere LM Golden & or Med Beige 2.3 . My camera sucks, my pics look ghostly.

Re: Milan foundation colors - preview
hi memaize - I can also wear Lauress Soft Gold and Lumiere LMG...
It sounds like you have a bit more beige/peach than me in your skintone if you can do Fawn and Beige...
Hmmm, maybe try KIANA, CARMEN and CYNTHIA?
edited; sorry! I forgot you'd tried RAVEN.

Hoozey - I am wondering about RAVEN... do you think the description should be "golden-beige" rather than "golden-yellow"?
When I add the two missing colors next week, this would be a good time to update/fine tune the descriptions so nothing is set in stone yet.

Yeah Lilita, I knew you wouldn't be offended, lol, just that some people are kinda weird, know what I mean? Girls can be pretty CATTY sometimes, why is that? I have plenty of guy-friends and they are just so simple and honest...most of them have no clue when it comes to the kind of games that girls can play...just plain clueless. For example, my b/f's ex keeps sending emails, "messenger" messages, phones, and text messages on the phone. I've informed her of my existence and politely asked her to stop this since he has on numerous occasions, right in front of me, asked her to stop. But she just keeps on going like she doesn't remember or we never asked her to stop...a real psycho (she was always kind of psycho, which is why he broke up with her) . The kind of girl that always insists that you're cheating or that you want to cheat...just to create drama cuz life without drama would be boring, right? lol. Anyways, sorry, what am I talking about on MUT...who's psycho now? sorry...just got carried away, I guess...

Hi Memaize did you actually try the JLynn foundation yet? Which are you wearing in your avatar pic?
I get so confused on where you ladies are going especially between the Lauress, Meow, and Lumiere because those 3 seem to be the best looking on most people.
Excellent work on the chart Lilita!

Re: Milan foundation colors - preview
Lilita (and the other ladies who have tried both) - how does Milan compare to Meow in terms of finish, coverage and staying power? Sorry if this has been answered! TIA!

Re: Milan foundation colors - preview
Aileen,
I think Milan covers like Monave. I mean tiny amount gets awesome coverage. It feels pretty light too. Maybe not as light as Meow's PP but pretty close. I was awed by the coverage of Milan. I think it may be a bit too drying on me which is a real bummer because Kiana really worked well as far as color. I am debating my full size Meow order because even Pampered was a bit itchy on me this morning. I know it's because my skin is a little drier than normal. I am ramping up on the squalane and hoping that I get a better test before the sale ends. I think Milan is worthy of you trying though, you may absolutely love it.
