For powder, definitely before.

For liquid or cream, I usually cover my undereye circles first, then apply foundation and then conceal any spots that need extra coverage.

Depending on which makeup expert you talk to, some say before and some say after. I find that I use my yellow corrector before and concealer after.

depends on what kind of foundation i use. if it's a powder, the concealer goes on before. if liquid, i put it on after.
