Green tea also has antioxidants shich fight ageing. It also contains caffeine, so I guess that it should have anti-cellulite properties.

She has quite a list and sometimes it is hard to see everything and there might be a use or few that might not have gotten on it. She did a great job! And you may have added some additional uses.
