that's my "baby" voice of encouragement... when i am drunk at a club, it becomes a high pitched irritating loud voice, with a lot of "OH MY GOD!!!" followed by hugs and singing... i have retired the slightly lower pitched and softer come hither voice and traded it in for a tired monotone, "i need more blanket" voice, or the louder slightly harsher, "you dont hear him crying??!" voice, or slightly panicked "NO, WHAT'S IN YOUR MOUTH?" voice.
but yep- that's the baby voice of encouragement!
