Mineral makeup has saved me because I went from 'blah' prone skin that was never the right match, to 'flawless' (as stated here by others) skin that gets a few zits here and there..and is the perfect match to the rest of me.

I love MMU because it is cheap, does not break me out, feels weightless and looks natural.

I have so much FUN with makeup since i have been using minerals, I look forward EVERY day to putting on my makeup. I am 48 been using makeup since junior high and got tired of doing my makeup till I find minerals.

It feels clean and weightless. When I used liquid foundation I felt I was washing my face to get it dirty again with this heavy blob of liquid.

I have very sensitive eyes and regular makeup would irritate them pretty quickly. I can wear mineral makeup all day without getting red eyes. Plus, I find more colors in mineral makeup than traditional.

I don't have to look in the mirror at random times during the day to check if my foundation is still on!

No expiration, multi-use pigments (can use colored mica as eyeshadow, bronzer, lip color, nail color & body shimmer), cheap, its natural (chemicals can kiss my

I love that too! I always wish I could just pass someone some MMU when I see them do that. I don't like caking on foundation over and over to fill in spots that came off.

Another reason: MMU will not stain your clothes! It's water resistant, but not waterproof, and has no oils (provided you don't add any) so it will come out with a bit of detergent.

I actually carry around a 'handout' -- (1/4 of a printed-out page, so I get four handouts per page) with URLS for several mineral makeup companies -- and for this forum... Whenever I end up talking to women about something and the topic shifts (even near) to make-up, I hand them out!

I LOVE MMU because:

I never wore foundation before (I "felt" it all day {shudder})
I wanted to stay away from as many chemicals as possible -- and with MMU I CAN!
It's SO amazingly light and I don't feel it on my face
The colors are so wonderful
It's so much fun to make your own
My pores have decreased in size by about half!
I don't breakout anymore!
