For me the dark is not patchy, my whole face is darker...which would allow me to use a lighter foundation if I continue this practice or attempt to "lighten" the amount of oil I use in order to use the same color. It's a good way to make good use of all my samples. lol

Yeah that's actually a great idea. Maybe you can get away with a lighter foundation over oil. In my case it's weird, my foundation it's an itsy bit darker than it should but it's not noticeable. Now if I try to spot conceal anything with it, instead of covering more it gets darker, so what I get is a big spot or stain that's darker than my face. Anyone with this issue?
