Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
I use my liquid foundation sometimes (when I'm not using the UDPP) as a eye makeup base. It works in keeping my mineral and other eye makeup from creasing. As far as foundation, I only use my minerals. Same for the blush and finishing powder - I won't mess up my mineral foundation by putting anything else over it (except for very rarely, my non mineral blush).
My non-mineral eye shadows I still use - I'm too much in love with Urban Decay and Too Faced. I also love my Christian Dior, Sephora, and Chanel, Lancome, Este Lauder eye shadows. With eye shadows, I guess I am and always will be an eye makeup junkie.
I also use and love the one makeup product from Avon and that is their liner pencils and eye brow pencils. Everything else from them I detest. But those eye pencils are incredible for me. They're also having a sale in addition to offering a bigger pencil for only (30% longer ). Of course I just stocked up on some more. The black (which I use to line my lower eye lid) is so creamy it blends with no effort - yet NEVER do I need a touch-up during the day. For me it's exceptional.
And that's my story!

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I'm still using this "traditional makeup" you speak of.

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
I still have my MAC studio fix fluid too, and i'm just waiting for it to somehow magically disappear so i can return the bottle for a free lipstick, lol. I think when i eventually get sooo tired of it just sitting there, i'll just dump it out. But sometimes I just can't make myself throw away my makeup even if i don't use it, it's like throwing away my money . i still have all of my eyeliners, eyeshadows, lipgloss/lipsticks, and other things that i still use.

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
i don't use 'traditional' foundations, so there was nothing to throw out, but still have lots of 'traditional' concealers, blushes, powders & others i'm hoping to swap out in the near future!

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
I kept my KA SSE for my concealer as I am not a huge fan of concealing with MMU and I have kept pretty much everything else. I didn't really switch anything over to "mineral" makeup except my foundation in the winter.

I've kept it. I use both.

Same here. I use MMU for speed in the morning but I still love my studio fix fluid.
Also, not a huge fan of mineral e/s, some I've tried are ok but in general I prefer my MAC ones.

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
I threw them all away. MMU is the third best thing that's ever happened to me.

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
I still have them all, so far I I haven't settled in a MMU brand. Until I find "the" MMu I use traditional specially for eyeshadow.
But I am big on discarding stuff I do not use. Make-up usually goes to my little teen nieces , so they can fool around with colors and stuff.

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
I still use mine, I want to use it up, cause it seems such a waste to toss it.

Re: What Did You Do With Your 'Traditional" Makeup
i tossed my MAC foundation. for a long time i was a bit pissed i spent money on that foundation, but considering i can't wear it without looking like a pizza a few hours after, i figured keeping it was just a waste of space.
but i kept the bottle for a B2M. just have to find where i put the cap.
