Re: Mascara that really works
My favorite mascara by far is L'oreal Voluminous Waterproof. I don't even have to curl my lashes, this mascara curls them and holds it.

Re: Mascara that really works
Is that the wandless mascara? I've been wondering if that was any good.

Re: Mascara that really works
Ardell Brow and Lash Accelerator Treatment Gel helps to grow, thicken and strenghtel lashes. It's also grows and thickens eyebrows. You just put it on before you go to sleep. I've been using this nightly for a few weeks now and I've definately noticed results (more on lashes than brows, though). I wear mascara daily, and my lashes were rebelling, so I started using this stuff. My lashes look great and aren't breaking like before.

Re: Mascara that really works
Best mascaras I have found are:
Lancome Hypnose and Defincils (Lancome probably make the best mascaras)
Clinique Naturally Glossy is also great and doesn't destroy your lashes, (neither does Lancome BTW).

Re: Mascara that really works
ever tried L'oreal HIP mascara? OMG this makes my lashes so long and thick! not to mention it's really black. havaen't noticed any lash loss with this. I think sometimes when mascaras are difficult to remove you'll lose some lashes but this seems to come off just fine without taking my eyelashes with it!

Everyone has their favourite -- I like Max Factor 2000 Calorie. To be honest I think it will depend on your own lash type and preferred application technique. Just use what suits you.

another good mascara that i can recommend is diorshow mascara (not the unlimited, coz i'm not really crazy about it). i was with my cousin when i tested out this mascara, and we were amazed by the results. this one won't clump your lashes and it holds the curl.
one good mascara from mac is the mascara x. i love testing out different kinds of mascara, but i will always go back to this. i put this along with the shiseido mascara base and i have those beautiful, fake-looking (in a good way though) lashes.
i heard castor oil is good for conditioning lashes.

I was just getting ready to recommend this

Re: Mascara that really works
^^ Me too! Sometimes that's all I put on, and people think I have actual mascara on. Not to mention, it has made my lashes thicker and longer over time.

Re: Mascara that really works
Covergirl Lash Exact is amazing. It lengthens and volumizes and gives a bit of curl. Plus it never clumps or flakes and comes off easily with water. I LOVE it.
Mac X Mascara is pretty good too but not as good as Lash Exact. It takes a while to dry and smells kind of funny. But otherwise its great as well!
