I use Smashbox, and I apply this using my foundation brush. Have not tried Mac Prep and Prime, just wondering if it is just as good as Smashbox

i love the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer... i have the Original and the SPF formulas. They are both great... there is not a big difference in the formulas...

I prefer Smashbox and I have tried Prep and Prime. It made my skin feel oilier or something. Its been a while so I cant totally remember. I just know I didn't like it as well.

I currently use Laura Mercier's Oil-Free Primer. I think I may have to try Mac's Prep and Prime since I've seen so many people use it after this post.

i love the photofinish light by smashbox

it doesnt feel greasy like the regular primers

i don't like much the texture of the photofinish, that said i only tried it ocne at sephora.

i got a sample of the All Matt primer from Makeup Forever. sounds like a good product for oily skins. anyone using it ? i'm waiting for the return of more sunny days to try it

I used Bare Escentuals skin rever-upper, I love it... it makes my skin so silky and makes application of foundation so easy.

If you have not tried the Bare Escentuals Primer yet, give it a try. I just bought it a few days ago and I really love it. My skin has never felt so smoothe and my skin has never looked better!

I use Smashbox and Laura Mercier Primers, I prefer the Mercier one because it is so light. I have to be carefull with Smashbox primer and remind myself that I only need a tiniest bit. I sometimes use Stila's Illuminating moisturizer as a primer too.

I have MAC Prep + Prime but I don't use it one a daily basis, only for special occasions and such. Even if I use it, I still don't know whether it's making a difference in how my makeup lasts. :P

I'm a fan of Smashbox photo finish but I don't care for the price of it. I've tried Velvet Veil from Beleeve and it works pretty well (or maybe I just like it because it works with my budget).
