I have Blue eyes and browns are what works best for me as well, but I find that if you use browns with a dark plum powder eyeliner, that really make your baby blues POP!

I have blue eyes and find that copper, indigo, and most any shade of purple work for me. I also noticed that a soft muted teal really makes my eye color stand out.
