I agree with Orangeeyecrayon's advice, some times when I use a light color I use a shadestick (from MAC) to some what match the color, as a base so it stands out or I find a color that's bright.

I would probably go with, and all products are from MAC
Eyes
-Tan Ray as a base
-Amber Lights e/s on the lid
-Cork e/s in the crease
-Blend Cork into Amber Lights
-Embark in the outer >
-Texture or Ricepare to hightlight
-Line with Black eyeliner
Blush
-Harmony with Bronze to contour
Lips
Love Nectar lined with Chesnut

To create the blue look:
-Tan Ray as a base
-Deep Truth e/s on lid
-Cork & Charcoal Brown e/s in the crease
-Black Tied e/s in the outer >
-Vellum or Ricepaper to hightlight
Blush
-Harmony with Bronze to contour
Lips
Love Nectar lined with Chesnut

I use Studio Mist Foundation, Dark (it’s in a can)
Then I set it with Studio Fix NW 43
Using a 187 brush for both

Eyes
-Tan Ray as a base on my whole lid with my finger
-Amber Lights e/s on the lid w/239 flat brush
-Cork e/s in the crease w/224 fluffy brush
-Blend Cork into Amber Lights w/the same 224 brush
-Embark in the outer > w/217 blending brush
-Texture or Ricepare to hightlight w/217 brush
-Line with Black eyeliner, I use Technakohl Liner, Graphblack and dip into Fluidline Blacktrack for a darker black
Blush
-Harmony with Bronze to contour on my cheek bones
Lips
Love Nectar lined with Chesnut lip liner

To create the blue look:

Ok I can’t really give too much detail from the picture but I have some ideas you can try…(again all eyeshadows are from MAC, I used brush 239 to place a color on my lid, brush 224 for a color in my crease and brush 217 to blend a color into my outer >)

Option1
-Woodwinked on lid
-Bronze in crease
-Embark in the outer >

Option 2
-Motif on lid
-Embark or Bronze in the crease
-Woodwinked in the inner corner with brush 219

Option 3
-Was the lid with Texture
-Tempting on the lid

Option 4
-Tempting on lid
-Charcoal Brown & Cork mixed together in crease
-Ricepaper or Shroom to highlight

Option 5
-Beautiful Iris on the lid
-Nocturnell on the outer >
-Blend Shadowy Lady in the crease
-Ricepaper or Shroom to highlight

Option 6
-Wash lid with Pink Opal Pigment
-Motif on inner half of lid
-Woodwinked on the outer half of lid
-Bronze in crease
-Malt as highlight
