I heard some more details on this. The basement was being set up as a dungeon and had a series of 8 doors and only he had all the keys.

Now he is responding back in the media that he is not such a bad guy because hey look he didn't kill any of them and he let his daughter go to the hospital.

there´s no real news on it over here either. A couple of books on this story are supposed to be coming out soon, of course people want to make some profit as usual.
The guy´s wife, oldest daughter and her kids are supposed to be doing well. They´re all under psycological supervision of course and are gonna get a new identity so they can move somewhere and live a new life.
