Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
Actually you can already see this shade on the new site. However on the new site you can not order kit, so you can not order sample kit either, so you can not try it.
What a tease!

That is sooo cool,i totally get that you are exited about it
Until now i have had no luck in finding a good match with EDM,so i hope Soft butter peach will be IT. But it looks very fair,so i hope the swatch isnt accurate (this time,he he) and it turns out to be darker than it shows on the website.
PeachyCheeks,i think there will be sample kits when they put up the kits. I have not checked the beta site for the last days,so forgive me if they are already up...

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
Leylani, as you're in Norway: have you tried any of the Kiss Me-foundations? I find them quite OK, although they don't give any glow. I especially like the nice, creamy feeling they give my skin.
If you can find a match, that is. I ended up buying the Carla in full size, although it is a tad too light, but I can always wear a bronzer.

That is very cool! I took a look and I think it might just work for me! Thanks so much for doing that. I never would've thought to ask for a shade to be made. Silly me. I think I'm going to have to be ordering another sample kit in a few weeks

Yes,of course i had to try Kissme minerals. They are the only norwegian mmu company i know of. I did not like their foundation,it was not finely enough milled. And no matter how small an amount i used of it,it just looked very caked. I could not find a match either.
But their e/s are gorgeous, really. Very beautiful

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
@Leylani: Yes, you're right in them not being finely milled. But somehow I forgive them that, being "local", and the CS is also brilliant, and more than that. But I don't really use that foundation very often. Only when I want truly porcelain skin.
Btw, I just got a confirmation from Signature Minerals that my samples have been shipped, so now I'm waiting impatiently for them to arrive. I ordered the 5.3, 6.0 and 7.0, to be sure, but maybe I should have added 2.3 as well. Well, let's see. I'm quite pale at the moment, but still, BE 2.3 is too light..

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
Thats great! Then you will have them in about a week,i think. I got my shipping confirmation from them last friday ,so i hope i will have my order by saturday.
The shades you ordered are too dark for me,but 5.3 was the first foundation sample i ordered from them. At first i was only interested in their e/s and blushes. But when i finally tried the foundation sample i was like WOW,b/c of the finish and how it felt....

Soft Butter Peach looks a lot paler on the website that it actually is !! EM sent me over some to play with, and it is definitely darker than what's on the website. and I LOVE the shade. It will be vey popular I think.

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
Groovy One,
It sounds like a great shade, but EM is too drying for me. I might have to sample it anyway.
I have tried Meow, too, and I just did not care for the texture. Back to the drawing board for me. If I have to mix, I want the shade adjustment to be a no brainer. I am not the same tone from winter to summer.

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
I thought that I would be truly in the warm category, because I tan so golden and never look pink....but it turns out that I'm neither warm nor cool in foundation colors, either! I'm not truly peach, either, though - I have to go with just about the lightest, most neutral shades. I think EDM has a "buff" category? I can use their Ivory buff, and Mineral Silk's Cashmere. I'm still testing....but when I order samples, I get the 2 lightest shades from each category. The warm is usually too yellow, and the cool usually too pink. Buff or neutral is usually right on target.

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
I really like the meow samples that I received but I can't decide if it's perfect. I tried the pampered puss and have some of the flawless feline on the way. The color match is good though.
Any idea when the new EDM shade will be available? I don't think that the sample kits are on the beta site yet are they?

I will try too get back with reviews later.
Groovy, what do you like best when it comes to MMU foundation....?

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
EDM made me dry and itchy too (as did Ocean Mist). I use Meow's Pampurred Puss in Chartreux (frisky) and I like the way it looks and feels, but it doesn't cover much and by the end of the day it is gone. (On the other hand, Monave and Cory make me look like I'm wearing a mask.) I was really hoping Joppa's new colors in Simple Radiance would be right since I really like the feel and finish of their foundation, but the new colors are olive. I'm waiting for Dreamworld and Alima samples, but without a lot of hope. In a pinch I can wear Signature in 2.3, but for some reason it seems to accentuate my pores (which I don't usually have a problem with).

Re: Question for the fair/light peach undertoned girls out there!
If you don't have mix-phobia (and don't, because it's really easy) try a sample of Silk Naturals. I'm as pale as they come, with mostly pink - but a touch of gold - undertone. They have a white base, and three different colours to mix with it - usually you can use just one, and there's a recipe sheet included. For me, what worked was the white with ebony, and just a touch of warm gold. And it only took about ten minutes to get it right, so it's definitely worth a go if you're too light or have an 'odd' mix of undertones.
The coverage is sheer, but buildable - I like sheer, but I know it's a turn off for some people. She is coming out with a heavier coverage foundation sometime soon, though. Still, if you can't find a match, this is a pretty painless way to make one yourself.
