the thing is, her belly has that swollen look like children in Africa who have malnutrition. I think it's horrible that
A. - she has this much money and yet she looks like this
B. - that she's addicted to drugs/alcohol
C. - she isn't wearing a top
D. - while her legs and arms look thin her stomach isn't thin, which is probably why she's keeping on with it - looking down from her point of view, she can see the belly, not the stick thin arms and legs.
