These are actually supposed to be applied wet with a mixing medium. Applying them wet will bring out it's true color and applying them dry will only show a sheer layer of glisten. I acutally did a smokey eye with Black Ore on my blog and reviewed the collection completely. I think that if you apply them wet your entire perspective will change completely.
