Little update.
I am doing much better!! I am walking around with my purple plaster bandage  and that's better then lying in bed all day like in the first weeks.The pain is fading. I hope I can get back to work within a few weeks but I take it slowly of course!! No rush.... Monday my bandage is comming off. I hope that all goes well. It's like a warm sock around my leg all the time, way to hot. My big toe is still swollen and still hurts when I try to move it so I hope that's gone monday  I don't know...Only thing is that I wake up early lately from the pain in my back. I can't sleep anymore from that. It's only when I wake up and slept all night. That sucks! I have to go to physiotherapy for that. I have to go to heartspecialist in about 2 weeks. Everything takes time so that's what I need to do  I'll see it from there...
