Re: Why breakfast is important?
One of my best friends just started her "diet" and said that she's been skipping breakfast. I told her that's one of the worst things you can do because the longer you let your body go hungry, the longer it's going to hold on to the food it gets when you actually do decide to eat, meaning slower metabolism. Although I always find myself in a rush in the mornings and don't have time to physically sit down to a "real" breakfast meal, I drink a glass of chocolate soymilk, a cereal bar, yogurt, and sometimes a piece of fruit. That's roughly about 400 calories, which is the amount you should be having for each meal, anyway.
