A lot of Michael Jackson songs are quite energetic and have a good beat.
I remember when they used to make us do make us do P.E in school like aerobics and circuits and stuff they played Missy Elliot & Christina Aguilara-Carwash. (That might be why I don't like the song now, bad memories )
