Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
I can't say I'm married or anything like that lol
But with me and my boyfriend, he supports my addiction for make up (he takes me on MAC and drugstore shopping sprees)
I think if anything else, he's curious to see what I come up with, with the colors he buys for me.
Overall I don't really change my make up or hair at all. It still matches with whatever I'm wearing or whatever I feel like putting on that day.
Sometimes I just wear mascara and lip gloss
Other times its bright eyeshadow and the whole nine yards lol.

No I certainly would not do to please a man.

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
I do the same things, once we were officially together I toned it down a little more but still play myself up when i have the time. Besides, he knows better than to expect me to be dolled up 24/7 lol.

I probably wear less. It's like you have a natural glow and don't need as much coverage, lol

Definitely! Crazy stuff but so true...
I remember my skin was looking better and everyone was saying how "glowing" I looked. And I didn't change much...less coverage though.

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
I agree with the girls commenting on the lipstick - I wear lipstick sometimes at work but never when I'm dating, and not really any lipgloss either, none of my boyfriends have liked getting colour on them, and they didn't like the stickiness of lipgloss.. I like flavoured balms that aren't sticky a lot better when I'm in a relationship

Yeah, that's a fact, I'm never at home or with time to do anything heavier when I'm dating, and that changes a lot my make up style cause if it is to do something weird in a hurry I prefer to tone it down, lol
But my boy loves my heavier make up, and even if he didn't he would have to take it, I'm a make up artist damn it, that's my job and I truly love it! hahahahahah

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
Hmm depends on the boyfriend, I probably put more time and effort into my make up, not necessarily wearing more though. I have had boyfriends that don't like too much make up, they prefer natural, in that case I may have toned down my make up, but never gone without.

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
everything i do appearance wise, i do for myself, but i know my guy likes black flicked liner so im more likely to wear that when i know we're seeing each other!! but i dont wear it just for him!!
he likes the natural look in general tho, and i think over the years ive toned down my makeup subconciously cos i dont really wear any brights now as id rather enhance my features than have the makeup be the first thing someone sees.

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
I think I have toned my look down a bit since I've been seeing my boyfriend. I still do bold looks but when I was single I'd never have done a neutral eye look. Now I'll often go without eyeshadow and just stick to liner and mascara. That's not something I ever used to do.

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
I've been with my BF for three years. I actually wear more now than I did when I started dating him because I wasn't really into makeup at all when I met him. He loves any of the looks I've made and doesn't complain at all, and understands that I'm not leaving without putting makeup on so he builds time into our schedule for me to "put my face on"!

Re: When in love do you change your makeup style?
I have never changed my make-up style. My current boyfriend absolutely loves it and he has nothing negative to say. I've had boyfriends that preferred the natural look and didn't care for make-up, but I never changed for them either. hahahaha. I don't wear a lot anyway, unless I am going out or feel like applying it more dramatic than usual.
