Cons: Difficult to blend, emphasizes raised pimples

For what Almay was promising, they didn't come through. I never noticed any clearing of blemishes while using the product. Found the formula dried out my skin, foundation flakes off almost immediately, very difficult to blend in. Would not purchase again.

Pros: Works

Cons: Not super long-lasting

I have combination skin, and if I put anything with oil on my face, I break out. I have a strict skincare routine, and I stick to it. I use only department store brands for the rest of my makeup most of the time, but I haven't found a foundation that both 1) matches my skin color and 2) doesn't cause break-outs at the department store. My only complaint is that it is a light-medium coverage makeup, and it doesn't last all day. Having said that, I love that I can wear it every single day and know that my skin will stay clear. It looks natural. I have fair skin with golden undertones, which is hard to match with makeup, and this brand's "Buff" works perfectly for me. When I am tan in the summer, the next shade, "Naked" is perfect. It needs no primer. At under $15 for a bottle, it's super cheap!

Since Almay discontinued my favorite foundation, Amazing Lasting, I switched to this. I have extremely oily skin and acne and this covers pretty good. I have to put a couple layers on and touch up in some places. But after it\'s on it stays on pretty good. It also helps to control the oil a bit. I still get oily but not as bad as with with some other foundations. I haven\'t ever noticed it clearing up my skin. I use Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil as a finishing powder on top and the two work well together.

I purchased this product in nude and I think it\'s just a tad bit darker than nude.  Overall, their is not a large color selection of this particular foundation.  For an oil-free liquid foundation, it\'s just the right consistency for me.  It\'s not too fluid, but not too cakey.  It delivers a clean finish and can be applied with a brush for a more sheer look or with the fingers for a more matte look.  I have combination skin (normal/oily) with occassional blemishes.  Not only does this product stay matte for the most of the day (perhaps one touchup is needed), but I have been virtually blemish free since I\'ve been using it.  I haven\'t noticed any excessive drying of my skin.

This product definitely lives up to it\'s claims and I will buy it again without fail.  This is the best foundation, I\'ve used for my skin and I\'ve tried dozens of products, mostly drugstore.

I have been using this now for 3 weeks and I am really really pleased. I break out with so many products and usually have problems with ones intended for acneic skin because they are so drying. The coverage is just right my skin looks natural and it has been really clear. I would reccommend this to anyone with sensitive and acneic skin. The color selection is quite nice as well.
