This was described as a bright pink...but it's a sheer bright berry color...It goes on really smooth..and just enough color on your lips...It reminds me a little like Clinique buttershines...It doesn't last very long..like a gloss...It has a sleek applicator that I like...and makes my lips soft and smooth..Is a tad pricey...
I saw this lipstick in Allure magazine, and thought it was gorgeous. I bought it off ebay so I got it new for 6 bucks, but it retails for I think 20. It doesnt taste bad, is smooth and creamy, color stays true, beautiful on me
I saw this featured in Instyle Magazine and wanted to get it. It works great with my fair skin. It's a moisturizing color similar to my lips and it's a great color for professional office look. I think Laura Mercier has reformulated their lipsticks because I tried them before couple of years back and didn't like them as much because of the taste was aweful (too much perfume) and they felt drying. This lipstick is totally different, it has a hint of taste but I like it and also the coverage is great and it's not drying and it doesn't settle in the lip lines. I will shop for more lipcolors from Laura Mercier after this one.
One of my favorites. Its one of those colors that looks almost like you're wearing nothing, yet your lips look gorgeous. Very natural, but a nice finished look to your lips. Great with a but of gloss to add shine.
my former opinion: this is an absolutely gorgeous sheer slightly pinky red. im horrible at figuring out whether reds are cool or warm, but it works well with my yellow MMM complexion.
the texture is excellent and very smooth. the staying power is great for such a glossy moist lip stick. i would consider this a staple if it didnt have such a strong baby powder scent, which lingers for hours. i found it so unpleasant that i cannot wear this l/s. because of this, i wont be trying new shades of LM lipstick.
my new opinion: i gave this l/s another try, and now i love it. the powder scent isnt great, but i can live with it. i can layer on the color for a darker l/s, or i can apply just a bit and rub it in for a stain. i will try out new shades.
I bought this is Apricot Sorbet because the makeup artist at the counter recommended the shade for my fair skin. It's a coral color and looks nice with a tanned face. It has SPF15. It didn't last a long time and I just wasn't crazy about it.
This is a nice color for a every day use. The name says it pretty well the color is like the color of your lips but better. The lipstick can be a bit drying but ok if used with a lip balm.
