I love love love this stuff! I hate the feel of traditional lipstick, so I just adore the stain! I get the color without the creamy, sticky grittiness of traditional lipsticks and glosses. Unfortunately as it is a stain, there is no shine and there are very limited colors (I think like 4). I love this stuff though when I want a matte bright red look.

I went to walmart last week and found the shelf where they keep the stuff completely empty, thus was a bit disappointed. This week I went and there it was! I loved the packaging. It looks kinda like a little girl's drugstore lipgloss but with a dark cherry juice inside. It didn't taste like anything to me, and the applicator is a little messy but I like the flexibility you get with the color ( you can layer it as much as you want). It lasted a very long time on me, and looks very natural. I had tried sonia kashuk's and tony & tina's before, but this one is my fave so far.

This stuff gives a really bold red color if you apply it straight from the tube, but I prefer to put a little on my finger and pat it on my lips, that way you get wash of pinky/reddish color that you can easily build on.
It does have a weird cherry taste but it's not too overpowering. It doesn't really last as long as I'd like it to, but for the price I'm pretty pleased with its performance.
