I like the packaging for this pencil because it is like a mechanical pencil, not the wooden kind that you have to sharpen. (However it can be hard to get a very thin line, if that's what you're going for.) This eyeliner claims to be waterproof, and while I've never worn it by itself, as long as I put a layer of loose powder on my lids under the eyeliner it is waterproof. It lasts all day and I have to use eye makeup remover or soap to get it off even after a long day and late night!  The lead is very soft and makes application easy. 

 

The dark chocolate color is a cool dark brown, just barely lighter than black, and works great with brown eye shadows for a neutral eye look.  It's also practically the same color as my brownish-black mascara so if I can get a good application right against the lashline it can make my lashes look thicker and longer!

 

I think the price was around $5 at Wal-Mart.
