I a a pro MUA

I have bought many items from elf, such as liquid eye liner, shadows, and nail polish.

They are really poor quality, and the liquid liner chips off!� Even for the price I would not buy again, I threw all the items away!�

BUTTT .................the eyeshadow brush and smudger work awesome!

Pros: price but even the price not worth it
